With the initial cancellation of the annual drive I offered to do a drive in place. There is a school trip but that is restricted to just a handful of people leaving the rest of us out. This is an option of a drive for those that want to get out and enjoy the day. Hopefully this keeps us away from the traffic of the Parkway and other busier roads with bigger destinations.

For those in the WNC group you can join the drive at Holly Springs, the base of 276 or meet us there on your own if you choose.

Juds BB departure will be 9AM

Other BB will be 9:20AM

We can pick up at the base of 276 if required at 9:45am

We will depart from the Holly Springs Country Store at 10:10am.

Route is going to be about noon for arrival at the restaurant.

We will take 11 down to 130N and across to 107N stopping at the lookout again all the way up to 281 heading back to Lake Toxaway for the restaurant. 80% of the roads are twisty mountain roads so it should be fun! The restaurant looks good and is a moderate price under $20.00 for a lunch meal or Salad.
