FBCC Calendar
We are a car club that loves to get together and loves to drive our cars. Our main form of scheduling events is our Google Group Email Chain that you will be joined into when you become a member. Our events are very spontaneous so check this schedule often.

Below is our Events Calendar so you can see items at a glance. Details for the events are further down the page. Much of what we do is spontaneous and shows up on our calendar within a few days of the actual event.

Drive & Lunch Californias Mexican Grill & Bar
You are hereby invited to join us on an end of summer drive through the Upstate en route to a tasty destination called California’s Mexican Grill located on Lake Keowee. I’ve been there a couple of times and it’s truly an authentic experience with outdoor dining and cold beverages on tap.
THE PLAN:
Meet at Marietta Ice Machine (MIM) at 10:30am. Depart 10:45am.
Then on to next pick-up stop at Holly Springs station by 11:15am. Depart 11:30am.

Jack’s Place

The entrance is on Hammeet Street Ex. Behind the building.
Jack’s Place is our 2 bay garage. While it’s open to members all month, on the third Saturday of the month we gather for tech sessions, work on cars and hang out. Usually followed by lunch. Open to all members and a great place for non members to come and meet everyone.
We generally do a tech session first.
After the session, both lifts will be available for whoever needs them. Let Tom Buto know if you want to reserve some time on one of the lifts.

A fun event combining Octoberfest and cars. There are many features to this event, including beer, food trucks, and an authentic German oompah band, [Oompah Music | The Steubenville Tootlers.

Victoria Valley Vineyard Cruise In
Our 2nd annual casual all British Car Cruise In. This is not a show. Just come to hang out with fellow British Car Enthusiasts. Anyone with a British Car is welcome. You do not have to belong to our club or any club. Just come!

First Friday at either Silos or Southern Weaving Food Hall
One of our monthly social gatherings. Arrive somewhere around 11:30, order food from the various food vendors on site and we all gather in the central eating area to hang out. This is a rain or shine event
Afterward we head out to the Dawley’s “6-Mile Mountain Museum of Transportation, Technology & Whatnot” for more fun and frivolity.
We now have two choices depending on weather. Silos is pretty much all outdoors so we go there for good weather. Southern Weaving is mostly indoors so we go there for foul weather. Watch this space and your Google Email Chain for last minute updates as to where we are going.

Casual Club Cruise in at the Tryon International Equestrian Center
This will be our 3rd annual. The event is free and anyone with a British, European Classic or European Exotic Car is welcome. You do not have to be a member of anyone of the clubs. We are steps away from all the shops and restaurants at TIEC. This is a casual “cars and coffee” style event but please register so we have an idea of numbers..

Point Lookout Vineyard Cruise In
Hosted by the British Car Club Of Western North Carolina. They are organizing a casual cruise in from 11 – 3 and we are invited to join them. We will organize a drive up there as we get closer to the date.

UK Motorcar Tour
Our 2026 Tour sold out quickly so we are doing it again. If you missed 2026 join us. This one will be opened up to other car clubs so we expect it to also sell out.

Dates vary but we hold them every summer. And often more than once!

The location is chose by our current President and involves overnight stays from 2-3 nights. And driving!

Non FBCC Events
These are hosted by other clubs but they are the ones we also regularly attend.
September 24-27
Southeast British Car Festival – Young Harris, GA
A bi-annual event many of our club members attend. FBCC is not involved in the event but look for details to come regarding some members attending.

British Car Day
Their annual car show. Check out their website for details.
Carolina Classics car show in April, in the Columbia area; We organize a drive to the show.
Broad River Classic show in April in the Shelby, NC area hosted by the Broad River European Motor Club. We usually organizes a drive to this event.
Great Scot car show at Furman University in conjunction with Gallibrae Highlands Scottish festival. This is hosted by the Spartanburg British car club on Memorial Day weekend. Since this is a local event, we have not typically had an organized drive associated with it.
Autumn in the Mountains takes place in September and is hosted by the British Car Club of Western North Carolina in the Asheville area. We conduct a drive to this event.
Past Events
This have already occurred and we post the last 10 so you can see what we do. Many of these destinations will repeat throughout the year. We have our favorites!

British Car Parts Swap Meet
Marietta First Baptist Church Parking Lot
2936 Geer Hwy, Marietta, SC
Bring your parts, bring your wallet, bring your car and join us for a British Car Parts swap meet. All British Car Clubs, British Car Owners and Enthusiasts are welcome.
There is no vendor fee so just come bring what you want to sell. Everyone is welcome to come browse and buy regardless if you are selling or not.
If you are not selling bring your British Car for a casual cruise in. Pack a picnic lunch, bring something to drink and something to sit on and/or under.

Autumn In The Mountains.
25th Annual Autumn in the Mountains British and European Automobile and Motorcycle Show
Hosted by the British Car Club of Western North Carolina
September 26, 2026 in Mills River, NC
Once again, They’re returning to the big show field at Mills River Brewing from 9:00am – 2:30pm. Classes are determined following pre-registration. First and Second place awards in each class, as well as Best in Show, are determined by peer judging. A spectators’ choice award is new this year. Coffee, breakfast, lunch and beverages will again be available on the show field with seating and shade in our Food Court. We have always supported this terrific show in good numbers so sign up and plan to be there.

Wednesday morning, breakfast at Sunrise Cafe in Brevard. We’ll leave Jud’s Brown Building at 9, pick up Greenville/TR folk at 11&25 at about 9:25 and pick up maybe a few more at 11&276 (bottom of Caesar’s Head) at about 9:45.

Chimney Rock State Park Cruise In, Picnic & Monthly Meeting
Join us at Chimney Rock State Park for a cruise in and pack a picnic. This is chance to spend time with fellow car enthusiasts and visit Chimney Rock State Park and all it has to offer. This will also be our August monthly meeting.

Oskar Blues opens at noon on Wednesday. Plan on leaving from the little store at Hollysprings (11& 178) at 11. leave Jud’s Brown Building at 10 and pick up TR/Grenville folk at the Marietta Ice Machine at about 10:30.
