Western North Carolina Air Museum
1340 East Gilbert Street
Hendersonville, NC 28792

We expect to arrive at approximately 10:00 AM.

🚘 MEETING POINTS

8:15 AM — Food Lion, Travelers Rest
Hwy 25, Travelers Rest

We’ll leave the Food Lion and head north on Hwy 25.

8:45 AM — The Other Brown Building
Near the Hwy 25 / Hwy 11 intersection

We’ll meet up with the rest of the group here and then begin our scenic mountain route.

🏔️ THE DRIVE

From The Other Brown Building, we’ll travel:

Watershed Road → Green River Road → Cabin Creek Road → Pinnacle Mountain Road → Hwy 225 → Flat Rock → Hendersonville

It’s a fun, scenic route through the mountains!

Don’t want to take Watershed Road? No problem! That section can be a little bumpy. Stay on Hwy 25 and take the Green River Road exit, where we’ll meet back up with you.

✈️ THE MUSEUM

There is NO ADMISSION CHARGE to the museum, although donations are greatly appreciated.

I need to provide the museum with a headcount so they can have enough volunteers available to give our group appropriate tours.

⚠️ PLEASE REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 15TH

This event will be held RAIN OR SHINE.

In case of inclement weather, don’t worry about bringing your special vehicle — your daily driver is perfectly welcome!
